Welcome

I got the idea of starting a blog from a friend of mine, Katie Fowler. I hope to share some of the things we do around Charleston so that our family can see what's going on in our lives! Not much has happened today, as I am trying to heal from a severe sunburn I got a few days ago. We are in the process of trying to find a new house to rent because this apartment seems to get smaller and smaller every day. We would love to be able to finally use all the wonderful gifts we received at our wedding.

 I do have some pictures from my grandfather's graduation that I never shared. He graduated from Martin Community College in May. Since we were both in college at the same time, every semester we had friendly competition to see who could get the most A's! I have to admit, he gave me a run for my money sometimes. :)  We are all very proud of him. Here are a few pictures of the family on his big day! 

The lighting was terrible and my camera is a little old, so this is the only decent picture I have from inside.
